Yes. Beyond A Step is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, EIN 92-0299222. Donations are tax deductible to the extent allowed by law.

What does a donation pay for?

Every $125 gives one person access to mental health, physical health, and nutrition resources. $25 covers a week of nutrition resources, and $500 helps four people access full support.

What are my rights as a donor?

To be told the organization's mission, how it plans to use donations, and its capacity to use them well.
To know who serves on the governing board.
To see the most recent financial statements.
To be assured gifts are used for the purpose they were given.
To receive appropriate thanks and recognition.
To have information about your gift handled with respect and confidentiality.
